GL Accountant

Urgently seeking a GL Accountant for my long time client!

Provide financial analysis and general accounting function support.

Work in a team environment with other Accounting associates.

Perform month end closing tasks including Financial/GL analysis.

Provide support for accounts payable and collections.

Perform fixed asset management.

Provide Budgeting and Forecasting support.

Increases knowledge and understanding of key software applications in order to improve processes and company profitability.

Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.

Report analysis and findings to management.

Three to four years’ public or private accounting experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.

Dedicated & conscientious with strong attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture.

Able to communicate effectively, both in written and oral form with remote and on-site team members; team player.

Effective organizational & time management skills

Able to follow pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
