Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

**Position Description:**

We are seeking a **Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative** that will act as a liaison, provide products & services, maintain full understanding of customer programs and processes for assigned customers and assist in resolving issues that may arise pertaining to our customers needs. The candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong desire to provide a high level of customer service.

The candidate will be responsible for servicing and processing for assigned customers; requesting and processing of new and renewal policies, endorsements, audits/ audit disputes, cancellations and reinstatements; remarketing of accounts; creating proposals; certificates of insurance as well as account-rounding and cross-selling.

**Successful Candidate Qualifications:**

* New York Property & Casualty license

* Prior Commercial Lines CSR or Account Manager experience of at least one (1) year

* High School Diploma

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

* Focused, productive, accountable and great follow-through

* Microsoft Office systems knowledge

* Experience with customer relationship management software preferred
