Soprana Rooftop Cucina is the Appalachia-meets-Alps style rooftop restaurant featuring brick oven pizza and locally sourced ingredients paired with a curation of craft beer, wines and cocktails. Perched atop the Embassy Suites in Downtown Asheville, guests will enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a casual atmosphere worth visiting time and time again. It’s an approachable hangout spot for locals and an inventive, only-in-Asheville setting for visitors. The restaurant opens March 2023 and is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.

The Role:

As a Bartender, you’re not just mixing drinks – you’re crafting liquid artistry that complements the breathtaking mountain views, creating an experience that’s as memorable as it is flavorful.

What You'll Do:

• Craft and curate a range of cocktails that cater to our diverse clientele.
• Provide exceptional service, engaging with guests to ensure their preferences are met.
• Be a storyteller behind the bar, sharing the inspiration and stories behind each creation.
• Master the art of flair and precision, ensuring consistent quality in every pour.
• Collaborate with the bar team and waitstaff to create a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Maintain a well-organized bar area, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and equipment is clean.
• Elevate the guest experience by offering recommendations and creating personalized moments.

Your Skills and Style:

• Previous experience as a Bartender required, with knowledge of Italian wines, craft beer, and crafted cocktails.
• Your mixology skills are second to none – you're a cocktail enthusiast with a creative touch.
