An in-person position located in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma.
Welch State Bank, locally owned since 1923, is currently hiring a friendly, patient and conscientious person to assist in supervising our South Coffeyville team. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting in the supervision, coordination, employee development and performance of the South Coffeyville Team.
This position is responsible to mentor and coach employees while assisting employees with questions and problem resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding people skills, have a sense of pride in a job well done, have regular and predictable attendance and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred experience:
• Banking and supervisory experience
Hiring Requirements: Candidates must successfully pass credit review, drug screen, and criminal background check and provide professional employment references.
