WANTED Host/Hostess!!
We are a high volume, fast paced, family restaurant. At the host stand you are the first point of contact guests have with our establishment. You can make or break a guests whole experience. No pressure! Good news is we provide great training to set you up for success.
Never had a job before? We train! No experience needed.
Perks of the job:
PAID WEEKLY!!! (Every Friday by direct deposit)
Employee Discounts, 50% off food purchases (This goes for ON and OFF the clock!!)
MORE employee discounts, 30% off Gift Shop purchases (Save money when it comes time to buy gifts for people. Thats what I do but shhhhhh no one has to know)
Flexible Schedules (Go to school, play sports, or work a second job. We understand and can work around schedules within reason)
Closed for all Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day!)
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Full knowledge of table numbers and floor plans
-Assists guests with entering/exiting the restaurant by opening doors when possible
-Greet all guests upon arrival in a friendly and gracious manner
-Records guest counts, seating preferences and needs (i.e. handicap accessible, high chair, etc) in computerized seating system
-Communicate with co-workers and manager to determine appropriate seating quote times
-Contacts guests through pager system when table becomes available
-Assigns seating based on available tables, guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in server sections
-Walks guests to designated table. Inspect table for cleanliness and proper presentation.
-Provide menus and name of server. Leave guests with a pleasant salutation.
