Patient Access Representative

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Pay is $15.03/hr. with $2.00 increase after probationary period.

This is an entry level position, training is provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Schedules patient appointments in the Practice Management System (PMS).

Verifies and records patient demographics.

Identifies, verifies, and enters information to the PMS patient health and dental insurance plans, where applicable.

Manages appointments for multiple providers and rooms at multiple locations.

Processes requests for referrals.

Collects and processes cash, check, and credit card payments.

WHAT YOU HAVE

GED or HSD is required.

Must be available from 8am to 4:30pm (Closed most Holidays)

Must be able to work on site.

Must be friendly and trustworthy.
