SUMMARY
Handling of explosives and explosives products in accordance with standard operating procedures. Employee is required to perform the following basic job duties including other various job duties and be able to fill in for a production lead person.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Level C Materials Level B Materials Level A Materials
Proficient in booster operations
Working C level position knowledge with minimal supervision
Trainer
Entry level
Assisting Trainer
Understanding policies and procedures
Training (operating forklift, pallet jack, read part numbers, pull and stage orders, mag logs and material transfer sheet)
Proficient in pull-truck operation
Find and correct issue with cycle counts/inventory
Training on all work instructions
Cycle counts/inventory
Understanding of production schedule
Proficient in all work instructions
Back up to Shipping/Materials Supervisor w/ minimal supervision
Identify shipment/inventory issues
Trainer
Assisting Supervisor with Computer Work (generate packing list, bill of ladings, put together required shipping packets, fill out transfer sheets)
Understanding policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be mobile without aide or accessories, Must be able to lift 50 (+) lbs. without assistance. Must be 18 years of age. Strict adherence to safety directives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
