Experienced Servers

Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking experienced servers to join our team in Austin. This is a part-time position, and full weekend availability is essential.

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee.

We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with four restaurants in NYC, locations in Austin and Nashville, and more on the horizon. The Two Hands approach to food is that it is good for you, good for the environment, simple, and tastes good. At Two Hands, our goal is for our ingredients to come from local farms to support our communities in NYC, Texas, and Tennessee.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential. 

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of experience serving in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Full weekend availability
• Barista and/or bar experience is a big plus!
• Knowledge and understanding of a daytime dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
• Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality
• Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
• Great work ethic and a passion for service
• A love for hospitality

• Daily compensation average of $22-35 per hour including tips
