**THRIFT STORE CLERK AND SORTER PART TIME**

**SHERIDAN, WYOMING**

**SCOPE OF POSITION:** This part-time, hourly position will assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment while maintaining outstanding customer relationships. The position will assist with all store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and general maintenance of store merchandise. Will greet and serve all customers in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. Will be aware of sales/promotions, being well-versed in and complying with thrift store and donation center operations. Will adhere to all The Salvation Army store policies and safety procedures.

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:**

Minimally 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Retail sales experience preferred.

Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work varying shifts to include Saturdays.

Ability to multi-task.

Must successfully complete a background check.

Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Working knowledge of basic computer operations and able to efficiently learn new applications
