We are helping an Audio/Video Company in Carmel, IN find a Lead Technician or Installation Manager. You will be a critical member of our client’s customer success team, ensuring that their customers receive excellent service.

Compensation & Benefits for the Lead Technician
- Pay up to $24/hour, depending on experience.

Lead Technician / Installation Manager Job Role & Responsibilities
- Wiring & Installing Audio/Video & Automation systems for residential and light commercial projects.
- Primary work will be wiring for new construction and retrofit projects and trim-out installation of AV devices and fixtures.
- Ability and willingness to help with on-site training and guidance of Level 1 Technicians.
- Operating under the training and guidance of our Client’s Project Management Staff to install these systems to the approved specifications.
Skills
- Must be well organized with strong work ethic and willing to learn.
- Physical ability to work on a construction site, climb up & down ladders, and use power tools.
- Must have basic computer and mobile device skills to read and complete digital work orders, timesheets, and documentation.
- Able to read blueprints & wire diagrams and follow instructions.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
