ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand the material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan to better use CADIOS to manage our production costs. Fluent in Japanese is a must!
• Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Help departments analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Actively participates in the budget planning process by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from a four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting; or related degree and ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience is required.  CPA certification is highly preferred.  Experience with SAP S4 HANA would be a significant advantage.
