A new position has just become available for an Acute Care Nurse Manager with an award-winning, rural health hospital in the Pacific Northwest! 

This opening for an Acute Care Services Nurse Manager is with a Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital that consists of 24 patient beds, 15 rural health clinic providers, a 70+ patient bed Advanced Assisted Living Facility, 24/7 Emergency Services, and Retail Pharmacy Services. The Acute Care Services Nurse Manager will be joining a team that has been recognized as one of Newsweek's Best In State Hospitals of 2024, has received a WSHA Rural Quality Award, and is a Women's Choice Award recipient.

In the role of Acute Care Nurse Manager, this nursing leader will provide leadership and direction to the hospital in the areas of MedSurg, Step Down, Float Pool, and Emergency Services. This Nurse Manager will mentor and train the Registered Nurses in the unit. Further responsibilities include personnel management, identifying performance improvement initiatives, policy revision, and upholding the highest level of patient care. This Nurse Manager of Acute Care Services will report to the Chief Nurse Executive.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a valid and unrestricted Registered Nursing License, 5+ years of experience in Acute Care Services (MedSurg, Emergency, Critical Care, and / or Labor and Delivery) in the hospital setting, and displayed leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Manager.
