Role: CLM Tester Location: Remote (PST) Client: UST Global Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for iCertis CLM. Translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and scenarios. Test Planning: Develop test plans outlining the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for iCertis CLM testing. Identify and document test data requirements for various testing scenarios. Test Case Design and Execution: Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for iCertis CLM software. Validate data integrity, system performance, and adherence to CLM best practices. Defect Management: Identify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and propose corrective actions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and results. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding test progress and issues. Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for iCertis CLM to enhance testing efficiency. Integrate automated tests into the overall testing process. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports. Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and results. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates, features, and industry best practices. Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a software tester with a focus on CLM solutions, preferably iCertis CLM. In-depth understanding of CLM principles and best practices. Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
