GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Northland Pioneer College seeks an innovative Senior Financial Aid Specialist committed to the mission, vision, and values of the College. This individual will efficiently ensure accuracy and timeliness of application processing for financial aid applicants. He or she will need to have a supportive attitude with students, staff and the general public, a positive working relationship with staff, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Reporting to the Financial Aid Operations Manager, the Senior Financial Aid Counselor is responsible for providing financial aid services to NPC students and overseeing a number of scholarships and waivers. As such, the Senior Financial aid specialist is responsible for managing automated activities from acceptance of awards through fund reconciliation, as well as assisting in other related areas.
