Pay

• $25.00-$40.00/hourly

Responsibilities

• Installation of complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications
• Coordinate and manage plumbing projects from start to finish;including planning, scheduling, and overseeing the work of the plumbing team.
• Ensure plumbing work meets engineering specifications and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate work logs detailing job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations.
• Work independently on both commercial and residential sites, providing superior quality plumbing services.
• Display a willingness and ability to train and mentor apprentices in plumbing techniques and best practices.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all plumbing work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.

Job requirements

• Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MIpreferred
• 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience
• Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places
• Skilled at using power and hand tools.
• Excellent and effective communication skills - oral and written
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
