Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00pm- 7:00am
• Part time options available within above hours
• Overtime will be required as needed!

Summary

The turning operator requires the operation and/or basic set-up of manufacturing automated equipment with moderate direction or supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, orderly work area.
• Operate equipment and perform basic machine tool changes as required.
• Perform first piece inspection, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Perform the duties required to record data for SPC, ISO/QS documentation.
• Ability to run TESA checks after training.

Requirements:

• Ability to use all gages and gauging techniques required.
• Understanding of SPC
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
