At Shields Brokerage, an Integrity company in Exeter, NH, the Sales Support Specialist organizes and processes insurance paperwork and communicates with carriers. They also cold call brokers to support new product launches and drive sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally address insurance brokers' needs while delivering top-quality service.
• Troubleshoot service inquiries from insurance brokers, verbally and in writing, to help drive sales.
• Cold call brokers to support new product launches and drive sales.
• Facilitate new business documents through issuance and communicate updates throughout the process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including asking probing questions to obtain necessary information.
• Dependable and self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be organized and maintain composure to complete multiple tasks promptly and accurately.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications is preferred.
