Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provides nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment, and individual plan of care, as authorized by the client's payer source.
• Take and record blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate measurements.
• Monitor patient's conditions including fluid intake, and output, and compose patient charts.
• Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities.
• Provide emotional support.

Requirements

• Active Missouri Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License
• Current CPR Certification
• Positive, Professional Attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Problem Solving Skills and ability to Multi-Task
