Job Description:

Responsible for planning and designing the programs, proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, initiating appropriate corrective action, and defining the program’s governance arrangements. It includes the effective and successful coordination and management of day-to-day projects, from new product launches to contract manufacturer management. Also, overseeing and coordinating different related tasks in a company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. It includes organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing program and project budgets. Opportunity to create/enhance the procedures, systems, and principles in information flow and management, business processes, and reporting, and look for opportunities to expand proven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a 3-year Long Range Plan (LRP) guiding the company to increase sales and market penetration, reduce cost, expand market opportunities, coordinate the introduction of new products
  • Effectively manage the processes to produce and distribute StellaLife products and services with a focus on the product creation, development, and distribution, including 3PL, and managing Contract Manufacturers (CMs)
  • Execute KPI strategy to improve performance and manage inventory & resources while securing compliance
  • Introduce Project Management online software to plan, schedule, track, collaborate, report, and manage projects by coordinating with stakeholders to achieve milestones/objectives
  • Manage relationships and schedules with manufacturers, serve as primary liaison, track performance and service levels
  • Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization
  • Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives
  • Monitor forecast requirements of products/inventories and initiate corrective actions
  • Coming up with sustainable goals for the organization; evaluate/assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
  • Work with the marketing, sales, op, customer care, and other teams to improve strategies, deliver on our mission

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management/business or related field.
  • Experience in management, operations, managing projects or programs, budgeting, and computer tools
  • Leadership & maturity with the ability to build consensus and relationships among internal & external teams.
  • Excellent organizational, conflict resolution, problem-solving, risk management, and communication skills
  • Ability to schedule/manage tasks effectively, teamwork, motivational, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience: 3+ years of operations or program or project coordinator
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
