Welcome to God's Kidom Learning Center, where fun meets faith and freedom! We are looking for passionate teachers to grow little minds. Our main goal is to have fun while we teach the children and bring a love of learning to their lives. The number one complement our center receives for is the positive atmosphere and the excitement they can feel from the children. We are currently working on getting this business up and going in hopes to expand and grow! We understand that burn-out and stress can be a challenge in this industry which is why we make it our number one priority to ensure that our teachers are happy. We do this daily by having open communication, offering support when needed, monthly staffing dinners to keep our community strong, allowing the teachers freedom in their classroom, and much more. We are currently hiring teachers that are interested in full-time hours. We are looking at a hire date starting Mid Summer 2024.

Duties

• Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment.
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and
• playtime.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families and
• coworkers.
• Communicate with parents or guardians on students' growth and progress.
• Maintain the health and safety of all students.
• And most importantly learn, grow, and have fun!

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Passionate about working with children.
• Ability to build rapport with children.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid (preferred)
