Customer Service Associate-Vacation Club-P/T position.

Condo Travel Club and Pulaski Tickets & Tours. Located in Pulaski, NY we are a member-based organization with approximately 40,000 members nationwide. Our company provides travel services to our members at discounted rates.

In 2020 Covid19 restrictions found us functioning fully as a remote company. The travel industry is busy as we move into 2024, we are attempting to fill vacancies that a busier travel season will require but will remain working remotely. Working from home does not mean that you aren't a member of a scheduled crew of committed staff members. We are all working closely together to provide our members with superior customer satisfaction. Being able to communicate remotely to staff is key to keep things moving along smoothly,

We have an opening within our Member Service Team. Strong background in on-line customer service communication is beneficial. Front line in person customer service people do not hesitate to apply as your professionalism is quick and easily adaptable. This is a fast paced member based vacation club and our priority is customer satisfaction. If you have a background in the travel related industry it may be beneficial or even a love of travel can be insightful.

The position consists of vacation fulfillment, processing reservations, invoicing, membership questions, concerns and working with other co-workers in daily company operations. You are in constant contact with supervisors and staff members. Able to be responsible and follow up with member related questions, concerns and vacation requests is critical.

The right candidate must be reliable, positive & able to multitask. Computer skills should include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Although it can be a challenging profession and you may not have any travel industry related training it may be the right career choice for you. This could lead to full time employment.
