Southeastern Equipment Company has an AMAZING opportunity for a Parts Associate to work in the parts department. This position requires a TON of work in various software programs and attention to detail!

The Parts Associate will be responsible for assisting with a profitable and successful branch parts department.

This position will be responsible for:

• Completing parts sales transactions for customers in person, via phone and internet
• Parts inventory including stocking and ordering parts from various manufacturers
• Transferring and receiving parts to other branch locations as well as customers.
• Assisting customers with minor research/troubleshooting to locate proper parts
• Answering phones, data entry, and assisting the branch manager with other tasks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer proficiency and the ability to work with multiple computer programs
• Professional etiquette required

Please keep in mind that the posted pay range represents the range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual hourly/salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location, certifications, and skill development.
