Your responsibilities will include effectively marketing listings, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring successful property transactions. • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices
• Showcase and present properties to prospective buyers

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and sales
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
