Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successfulRENT-TO-OWNstore. Help and assist in all aspects of store including, but not limited to execution of programs, processes and procedures, customer growth, delinquency management, budgeting, product ordering, and P L management.
