Sparks Toyota needs to hire a Parts Specialist with Dealership parts experience to receive auto parts shipments, stock into inventory, distribute parts to repair techs, assist retail customers in purchasing parts, and maintain the parts database. Dealership Parts experience is required (Toyota / Lexus preferred). Training for Toyota certifications is available to help advance your career!

Responsibilities - Parts Specialist:

• Receive auto parts shipments, record, and stock new parts into inventory
• Distribute parts to repair technicians
• Assist retail customers in purchasing parts 
• Maintain the parts database
• Warehouse duties: stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves
• Returned items: inspect, return payment, re-pack, and re-shelve, return damaged items to the supplier.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Specialist:

• Automotive Dealership Parts Experience is required
• Strong Customer service and IT skills required
• Wholesale parts experience is a plus
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Data entry, selling to customer needs, inventory control, etc.
• Valid driver's license
