Additionally, responsible for ensuring that Northstar Early Learning Center provides the premier child development experience that is educational and affordable.

Summary

Tasks:
- Apportion and serve food to children
- Compile and maintain records of food use and expenditures
- Train new employees
- Take inventory of supplies and equipment
- Manage center food and nutrition program
- Prepare meals
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, supplies
- Inventory of supplies, equipment
- Follow dishwashing procedures as is relates to Rule 3
- Support children’s emotional, social development
- Maintain CEU’s and upgrade training
- Complete certification process to become a teacher
- Prepare breakfast and snack for children
- Must be able to attend work as scheduled
Duties

- Temperature of food to determine that it is cooked;
- Handling and Moving Objects;
- cook meals;
- use knives;
- wash dishes, glassware, or related utensils;
- prepare appetizers, salads, or cold dishes;
- carve meat or bone fish or fowl;
- perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking;
- knead, shape, cut, or roll food products by hand;
- cut, trim, or clean meat, or carcasses;
- bake breads, rolls, or other baked goods;
- Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material;
- evaluate premises for cleanliness.
