G2 is growing and looking to add Wheelchair Agents to the Lihue International Airport team. (LIH)
Wheelchair Agent Rate of Pay: $16.00/HR. + Tips.
The Wheelchair Agent meets inbound and outbound flights to provide services with wheelchairs, aisle chairs, and passengers needing special assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years older Must have a reliable telephone and transportation number
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous airport experience
Previous customer service experience
Job Summary: Wheelchair Agents provide extraordinary customer service to airline passengers who may require special assistance during airline travel, including disabled passengers, unaccompanied minors, or passengers desiring wheelchair assistance for comfort. Provide assistance, information, and customer service as requested to arriving, transferring, or departing passengers. Safely transport passengers by providing walking assistance or wheelchair service as requested. Assist passengers with baggage as needed and coordinate with airline gate agents, dispatchers, and management to ensure a safe and satisfactory travel experience.
