The Project Manager will serve as a key member of our team, overseeing the successful execution of the contract. Reporting to the program manager or another designated corporate officer, the Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all interactions with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is a full-time equivalent position, to be held by a single individual who must be available for all assigned duties, which may extend beyond standard business hours. This opportunity will consist of more than 60% of company paid travel.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall contract performance and adherence to requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the government and the Contractor.
- Manage all interface and communications with the KO and COR.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
- Maintain a clear understanding of project scope, goals, and timelines.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication, both written and oral, in English.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and criteria for ACP equipment maintenance and repair.
- Prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency in all project activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in maintenance and repair of ACP equipment and/or related electrical-mechanical fields, or equivalent combination of field experience and management.
- Proficiency in relevant codes and criteria governing ACP infrastructure repair and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and project management expertise.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.

Work hours 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
