As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a talented IT/OT Cybersecurity Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in safeguarding our IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
Job Summary:
The IT/OT Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect our organization's IT and OT systems, networks, and data assets. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify cybersecurity risks, implement mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an IT/OT cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Assess and prioritize cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities across IT and OT environments.
Design and implement cybersecurity controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard systems and data.
Lead incident response efforts to triage, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration tests to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation actions.
Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into system design, development, and deployment processes.
Provide cybersecurity guidance and training to employees, contractors, and vendors to enhance awareness and compliance.
Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve cybersecurity posture.
Manage relationships with external cybersecurity vendors, consultants, other MASCO business units, and regulatory authorities as necessary.
Prepare and present cybersecurity reports and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT/OT cybersecurity management, preferably in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems, networks, protocols, and architectures.
- Experience with cybersecurity risk assessment, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
