Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our industrial equipment. We are looking for a professional who is proficient in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, and has a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and work efficiently to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet operational goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to keep skills current and broaden knowledge.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
