Part of a nonprofit health system, the RN Coordinator of Surgical Services will be based at this 200+ bed hospital awarded the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval and recognized for its stellar care in Oncology and Cardiac services.

This active Perioperative service line features 7 ORs and performs multiple specialties including Orthopedics, Urology, and General Surgery cases.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services, the RN Coordinator of Surgical Services will promote fiscal accountability, implement process improvement initiatives, and evaluate staff performance. The Operating Room Nurse Coordinator will mentor, coach, and supervise a dedicated team consisting of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff. The RN Coordinator of Surgical Services will also lead efforts to collect and analyze data to evaluate performance improvement projects.
