Machine Operator - Utility

We are seeking a Machine Operator - Utility to join our team! You will be directly involved with operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to take ownership in working in a safe environment.
• Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
• Be able and willing to learn new positions in a short period of time - Incisor infeed, stacker, banding, tagging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
• Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting
• Reading, legible writing, and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to interact positively with coworkers in a production environment
