Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general supervision of the Unit/Department Director or designee, the Supervisor is responsible for the efficient, effective running of the assigned units. This includes, but is not limited to organizing, directing, and coordinating all functions of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, management of the budget, provision of patient care services, performance improvement, compliance with regulatory standards, and business development. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in department. The employee must prepare and establish standards and objectives for the provision of Invasive Cardiology services for young adults to geriatric patients.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
• Registered Nurse in TX or hold a compact license
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 2 years Cath Lab experience
• May be Eligible for Sign on and Relocation Bonuses
