CDL Class A Driver / Set Crew Leader

COMPANY INFO: Art's-Way Scientific, Inc. is the world leader in manufacturing of custom modular facilities built for food safety, scientific research, agricultural housings, and biomedical laboratories. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are searching for a unique individual with a CDL Class A license who is looking for a rewarding and meaningful career with a mixed set of skills, who can deliver, set, level, and connect our world-class modular units nationwide at various job sites. We travel all over the country delivering modular buildings, along with various site work for our customers. And when not on the road, the project work would consist of doing construction manufacturing in the plant such as framing, fiberglass, metal fab., and flooring work. We are looking for a motivated individual that is dependable, customer-oriented, comes with an impeccable driving record, has high-quality standards & carpentry skills, focused on safety, works well in team environments, and with a great work ethic to join our team. Qualified candidates must be punctual and motivated. Must be willing to use hand tools and power tools as required. Must be able to lift and carry some items more than 30 lbs. Quality workmanship is a requirement. Drug and background tests are part of our hiring process. We would be willing to train the right individual. Candidates should have previous work experience or education in these fields. Those individuals with strong work history, ability to follow instructions, past transportation, and construction experience with other CDL license classifications will be given additional consideration. Hours of production are M-TH 6:00 am-3:30 pm and Friday from 6:00 am-10:00 am with overtime as needed. Set crew hours may vary with overtime as needed and we work to keep a great work-life balance with our employees. Applications can be picked up at the plant or emailed to those interested.
