Selling Event Specialists (SES) routine expectations:

Selling events-

• Setting up selling event table to draw attention & excitement to the departments
• Engage and educate consumers with product knowledge and tasting experiences in a friendly environment while prioritizing food safety.
• Have product available on table to ease sale/eliminate wait time.

Communication & Training-

• Working with Manager’s & Associates to resolve issues that arise.
• Training associates to push the brand with current training programs or providing the information to them on common consumer questions.
• Attend Training Workshops when offered

Ensuring Proper look in departments and compliance with current programs

• Check dates of product, log any needed items on company 10- Day Sheets
• Front all product so it has a full and appealing look
• Review current programs to make sure they are in compliance. i.e. Fresh Slice

Overall:

Complete selling event sheets, Log all needed GoSpotCheck missions to track sales and ensure location compliance. 

Communicate needs & achievements on company chat channel 

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekends
• Willing to travel locally

Preferred qualifications:

• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
