Civil Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of capital investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all performance and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project implementation teams, overseeing all aspects of civil engineering design, from concept to completion.
• Develop and execute technical feasibility studies for capital projects.
• Coordinate all phases of civil design, including calculations, material specifications, drawings, and material lists.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Plan and schedule civil engineering activities, coordinating with site installation and erection teams.
• Monitor and manage engineering and construction contractors, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
• Contribute to the development of the Capital Projects Plan and Engineering action plan.
• Guarantee project deliverables align with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in engineering and utilities projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of civil and steel structures for industrial plants, roads, drainage systems, and soil engineering.
• Proven experience in civil engineering design, including material selection, specification, and construction support.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and contract management principles.
• Strong IT skills, including AutoCAD, Office suite, and civil/structural design software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven with a strong leadership ability.
