As the Hospital Laboratory Director, you will be responsible for operating all areas of the Laboratory in accordance with guidelines and standards established by the advisory and regulatory agencies as they apply to each area of responsibility. This position covers three locations, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled professionals in providing high-quality Laboratory services to patients in the community. 

As the Hospital Laboratory Director, you will be responsible for developing department initiatives, goals, and objectives that align with the System mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives. You will also ensure a high quality continuum of care across the entire spectrum of Laboratory services. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science or Laboratory related science. A Master's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience is required. You must also hold a MT (ASCP) or comparable Laboratory certification. Additionally, you should have experience with regulatory compliance agencies.
