Customer Service with A/R Experience

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with Accounts Receivable (AR) experience to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on providing excellent customer service while also serving as backup/support for AR functions for Yosemite Spring Park Utility Company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AR to effectively contribute to the smooth operation of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer multiple phone lines and promptly return phone calls.
• Assist homeowners with questions and concerns.
• Direct homeowners/public to the correct departments based on their needs.
• Maintain a detailed call log.
• Work collaboratively with CSA Supervisor and Environmental Control Committee on related tasks.
• Coordinate tasks with CSA Supervisor and Aerobics Department.
• Conduct scanning/filing tasks as required.
• Ability to handle AR functions as needed such as posting payments, reconciling accounts and accurately maintaining ACH and monthly revenue spreadsheets.
• Assist other team members in the department when needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ year(s) previous experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
• 1+ year(s) previous experience in Customer Service or similar field required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
• Experience with Zoho Books is a plus but not required.
• Experience with multiple line phone system.
