: 188709 If youre a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, join our Home & Property team as a **customer service representative**. Building strong relationships with our customers and agents, youll solve problems, educate on our products and answer question regarding homeowner policies and billing. Weve got you covered on trainingwhich will provide a solid base of insurance knowledge, so youll feel confident serving our customers. Youll also benefit from a collaborative environment, along with ongoing coaching and development. Starting your role from home, youll be provided virtual training and onboarding. Youll eventually transition into a hybrid in-office schedule where work from home days are possible, when we are ready to open our offices.
**Must-have qualifications**
* Associate degree or higher and a minimum of one year of work experience
* Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education and a minimum of two years of work experience
* Instead of a degree and post-secondary education, four years work experience
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm EST
**Compensation**
* $16.00 $18.00/hour
* Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
* An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
