Scientific and Technical Intern - PennDOT - District 8 (College)

THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

PennDOT has several opportunities for students to kick-start their career in Summer 2024! You can gain valuable experience in areas such as information technology, geology, or any other scientific or technical related field. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Internship Requirements:

• Must be a high school graduate or college student enrolled (or intending to enroll) on a full-time or part-time basis in a 2- or 4- year post-secondary education program for the fall semester.
• You must be in good academic standing (as defined by a GPA of 2.0 or higher).
  
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

Special Requirement:

• This position requires a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License

Additional Requirements:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
