What You'll Do:

VyStar's paid internship experience will have the opportunity to participate and lead special projects intended to drive member satisfaction and/or employee engagement. These projects are critical to ongoing business drivers, and VyStar's mission and purpose to Do Good Bank Better.This exciting internship provides the opportunity to build and apply project management, process improvement, analytical, and team skills. At the end of the internship, recommendations will be shared with the senior team.This experience is dynamic and offers an opportunity to experience VyStar's culture and interactions with our members and employees.The internship is primarily located in the Jacksonville area but must have the capability to travel to VyStar branch locations.We believe you should enjoy and grow during your internship experience. (9 week internship program, beginning the first week of June and concluding the first week of August.)

Education & Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college/university
• Rising college Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate Students
• Strong written and communication skills
• Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
• Strong use of Microsoft Office tools
• GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Participation in college organizations and the community
