Staffing Sales Branch Manager

Come and join our growing team. We are seeking a Staffing Branch Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned Miami FL branch office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate weekly sales activities.
• Branch payroll billing growth and customer acquisition.
• Managed recruiting team and their effective recruiting methods.
• Oversee existing book of business, and partner with clients to enhance business relationships.
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall satisfaction.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in staffing agency industry, branch management, sales or other related fields.
• Knowledge of common sales and recruiting practices.
• Bilingual Spanish / English.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Mentor recruiters and lead team to success.
• Multitask and have excellent time management skills.
