Cross is seeking a **Packer/Shipper** at our Lewis, KS manufacturing facility.

**Job Responsibilities:**

The Packer/Shipper is responsible for safely packaging and shipping finished goods according to customer specifications to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. The position safely operates a forklift, reads and follows shipping instructions, and loads and unloads trucks.

**Requirements:**

A successful candidate is highly motivated with shipping and packaging knowledge and experience. The candidate is detail-oriented, works well as part of a team, displays a sense of urgency and follows directions. The applicant must be a dependable, motivated producer, and support the Guiding Principles of Cross.

**Desired Qualifications:**

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience preferred

* Basic computer operation experience preferred

* Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
