a full time **Assistant Store Manager I** for our **Keokuk** **Store**!

An Assistant Store Manager I will maintain an example for all store workers by providing excellent customer service to retail customers, donor customers, telephone customers, client customers, and internal Goodwill customers. This position will assist in maintaining an attractive, inviting, visually appealing store which is fully replenished, neatly merchandised, and free of clutter. You will also assist in monthly safety meetings, emergency drills, and facility inspections, as well as completed and submit necessary paperwork and reports on a timely basis. An Assistant Store Manager I will provide supervision to staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager II, as well as provide back-up client supervision and support as needed. This position will assist in monitoring and optimizing in-store production (including salvage items) and inventory, as well as maintain accuracy and integrity in operating the cash register.

Six months of full-time employment in a related field is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. **This position requires a valid Iowa driver's license, proof of required auto insurance, and must pass motor vehicle record screening and criminal background checks.**

The Assistant Store Manager I position has a starting wage of **$13.30 per hour or higher**, depending on experience. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture, you will be scheduled a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekend and flexibility is a must.
