Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor - Enderlin, ND

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Essential Job Functions
  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Training and development of employees
  • Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
  • Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
  • Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts.
  • Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
  • Communicate and interact with other departments and customers.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
Job Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar supervisor/management role..
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). .
  • Possession of a valid driver's license required
  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge in warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS program preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
