Responsibilities - General Sales Manager:
Manages, trains, and directs the Sales team
Build rapport and engage customers early in the sales process
Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
Supervises Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers and a team of Sales Consultants
Uses CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus
Qualifications - General Sales Manager:
Steady work and performance history
GSM experience preferred
3-year minimum as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager
Franchise experience
Internet lead experience
The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this GSM position
Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Valid driver's license

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
