We are looking for a full-time/part time Professional Tradesperson/Carpenter to join our growing team!
This is an opportunity if you enjoy the challenge of doing something different every day. You
will be solving issues for homeowners daily, building, installing, remodeling, creating, and
repairing. You need to have a diverse knowledge of construction and maintenance, problem
solving and be a self-starter.
We are a small, locally owned business that has proudly been serving Southern Vermont for 24
years. We continue to grow year after year, and we have multiple divisions. We do everything
from small repairs to major whole house remodels. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom and
basement remodels and we have our own in-house trade professionals. We take pride in

Qualifications:
Carpentry trade skills include the ability to read sketches, prints and diagrams; operate and maintain various hand and power tools including saws and sanders. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Must be able to safely operate company vehicles and safely work in a team environment, be able to lift at least 50 lbs and possess mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of the applicable Vermont building code, safety rules and practices is a plus. 5 plus years job-related experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Leading a small crew, work with our in-house Project Manager and designer. Build and install door and window framing, sheetrock installation, basic paint skills, general residential handyman skills and sheetrock repair. Deck construction knowledge and flooring installation. Remodeling installing, repairing, and maintaining structures, framing, exterior siding, windows, and cabinet installation.
