InSync seeking RN's, who are URGENTLY NEEDED For CORRECTIONS to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients in a State Correctional setting. Compensation is at an all-time high. This position and work location is in Soledad, CA Location: Soledad, CA Title: Registered Nurse (RN) # of Positions Open: Multiple Specialty: Any License: RN (CA) Anticipated Start Date: 3 days from submission to facility (screening call takes only 5 minutes) Shift: NOC are all available Shift Length: 8 hours Shifts Per Week: 5 Assignment Length: Guarantee 13 - 26 weeks + extension Compensation: Up to $3,120 per week Work Location: Soledad Note: Must be flexible for the first 4 weeks for training Work Location: Soledad, CA Responsibilities: Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
