The Project Manager plays a pivotal part in our organization's success by overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects from their initial conception through to successful implementation. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, responsibility lies in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, with a dotted line to the department(s) to which projects are assigned. Seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to project management. Commitment to continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and effective risk management is essential in driving project success. This role demands agility and the ability to lead organizational change, as it continues to evolve, requiring a nimble and adaptable mindset. Plymouth Housing is a non-profit organization with apartment buildings throughout King County helping the most vulnerable members of our community leave homelessness behind forever. At Plymouth, we're not simply trying to get people off the streets. We provide supportive services like case management and health care so that our residents can thrive long-term. As part of our strategic vision, we are building internal behavioral health services and transforming our systems to address rapid growth and the changing needs of residents.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH HOUSING

  • Lead, support, and execute on assigned projects and activities.
  • Scope projects by developing detailed plans, facilitating meetings for project charters, scope, and timelines.
  • Identify barriers to project success, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across Plymouth Housing.
  • Operationalize complex initiatives quickly, simply, and clearly.
  • Develop presentations and facilitate meetings related to projects and deliverables.
  • Track metrics related to execution of projects.
  • Be measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Asana is a plus.
