Construction Field Manager

Jim Cooley Const, LLC is a 60 year old Oklahoma based commercial General Contractor. We currently have new opportunities for Superintendents / Field Managers for project in Tulsa OK area. Primary Responsibilities: ▪ Supervision of all field operations on assigned project ▪ Conduct Weekly Safety Meetings and Schedule Subcontractors ▪ Ensure that all trades maintain project schedule and safety procedures ▪ Identify critical path items and prepare 3 weeks schedule look-aheads. ▪ Maintain daily logs, timesheets and other field reports ▪ Develop rapport and maintain communication with project owner and all subcontractors ▪ Maintain daily communication with Project Management team ▪ Monitor and track expenses Requirements: ▪ Minimum of 5 years exp. in Commercial or Federal Construction ▪ Proven track record of successful projects ▪ Demonstrated leadership ability – experience as a crew leader, foreman or Supt. ▪ Good verbal and written communication skills ▪ Ability to read construction drawings and understanding of specifications ▪ Above average planning and organizational skills ▪ Understanding of OSHA, Safety and First Aid procedures ▪ Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ▪ Experience with ProCore ▪ Able to drive, pass Dept of Homeland Security background check and drug test What we offer: ▪ Competitive salary commensurate with experience ▪ Health & Dental Insurances, HSA Account, Fed Holidays, Phone, Monthly Living Allowance, 401K Jim Cooley Construction, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
